Whether your eyes are irritated from allergies or from overworking, this all-natural compress will instantly calm your tired eyes.

Ingredients:

-Cucumber (2-3inches)
-1 tsp witch hazel herb
-1 tsp rose buds
-1 tsp dried chamomile
-2 tsp aloe vera juice
-1/2 cup water
-2 cotton wool pads

Directions:

1. Boil water an add chamomile and rose. Steep for 8-10 minutes and allow to cool in the fridge.

2. In a food processor,  puree 2-3 inches of cucumber (including skin) with witch hazel and aloe vera juice. 

3. Add chilled chamomile/rose blend to cucumber mix until you achieve a runny consistency. 

 

How to Use:

Soak cotton wool pads into the mixture (squeeze out any excess), and place over closed eyes for 10-15 minutes.
