Give your feet a break with this detoxifying & relaxing foot soak.

Ingredients:

-2 tbsp Bentonite Clay
-2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
-1/4 cup Epsom Salt
-5 drops Lavender Essential Oil (optional)

Directions:

1. Combine bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar into a small bowl until liquid consistency (add a bit of water if necessary). 

2. Carefully apply all over tops & bottoms of feet. Let soak until hardened, approximately 10-15 minutes. 

3. Add epsom salts & essential oil to hot water in a small basin or bath tub. Soak feet in water for 10-15 minutes. 

How to Use:

Notes:

Exfoliate after soaking/drying your feet with a foot scrub & pumice stone!
