This recipe makes about 2 dozen bath bombs (depending on the mold size). They make wonderful gifts!

Ingredients:

-1 cup Baking Soda
-1/2 cup Citric Acid
-1/2 cup Corn Starch
-2 tbsp Epsom salts
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-5 tsp Water
-20 drops of Essential Oils (optional)

Directions:

1. Mix together baking soda, citric acid, corn starch and salts into a bowl. Blend in coconut oil using a whisk or fork. The consistency should be similar to chunky sand.

2. Slowly add 1 tsp of water and stir well with a spoon (it’ll foam slightly). Continue to add 1 tsp of water at a time (stir after each addition of liquid) until all 5 tsp have been added.

3. Add essential oils (optional) to bowl. Stir well.

4. Take mixture and place firmly into molds. Allow to dry for 8-12 hours, then store in an airtight container.

How to Use:

Place directly into bath water. Soak in tub for as long as desired.

Notes:

-If you want to add coloring, add it to your water before combining it with the dry ingredients.
-Instead of water, you can make a strong tea as the liquid ingredient.
