Reduce the appearance of cellulite with coffee grinds, which are full of caffeine and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

-1/4 cup ground coffee beans
-3 tbsp hot water
-2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, let ground coffee beans sit in 3 tbsp of hot water for 10 minutes.

2. After 10 minutes, mix well to form a paste.

3. Pour in 2 tbsp olive oil.

How to Use:

While in shower, massage coffee scrub in cellulite. I suggest turning off the water and letting the scrub penetrate for 5 minutes. Wash off with water.

Notes:

-Repeat a couple times a week for best results. Stick with it for a couple months and you'll see an improvement!
-You can use used coffee grinds in this recipe too, however they aren't as powerful as fresh beans.
