Remove toxins from your body with this relaxing bath soak recipe.

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup Epsom salts
-1/2 cup sea salt
-1/2 cup baking soda
-2 tsp fresh or ground ginger

Directions:

1. Combine all your dry ingredients in a bowl. 

2. Start drawing a bath with HOT water. As the tub is filling up, pour in your dry ingredients and make sure everything dissolves. 

 

How to Use:

Soak in tub for 30-40 minutes.

Notes:

-Don't worry if you notice the tub turning yellow- it's because of the ginger.
-You can use fresh ginger if desired. Chop very finely and place in a tea ball or muslin bag to help with cleaning up. If you use fresh ginger, use this recipe right away (fresh ginger doesn't really have a shelf life).
-It is normal to feel tired/light-headed after taking this bath. All the toxins are coming out of your system. We recommend taking it at night!
