Attention yogis: try this homemade yoga mat spray! It's disinfecting and smells amazing!

Ingredients:

-20 drops of Eucalyptus Oil
-20 drops of Lemongrass Oil
-10 drops of Tea Tree Oil
-2 tbsp Alcohol (rubbing or vodka)
-2 tbsp White Vinegar
-1/4 cup distilled water
-4 oz spray bottle

Directions:

1. In a small 4-oz spray bottle, combine essential oils and alcohol. Swirl together for 30 seconds.

2. Pour in white vinegar and water. Return top, and shake well. 


How to Use:

Shake gently and spritz mat after yoga class.

Notes:

-If you attend yoga regularly, you may want to double this recipe.
-Play around with essential oils…patchouli, orange and lavender are nice combinations as well.
