Commercial hand sanitizers are loaded with toxic chemicals, preservatives and colors. Make your own with earth-friendly ingredients!

Ingredients:

-3/4 cup rubbing alcohol (minimum 91%)
-3 tbsp cup aloe vera gel
-2 tbsp glycerin
-10 drops essential oil (optional)

Directions:

1. Place ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined.

2. Pour into small bottles/container.

How to Use:

Shake bottle & squeeze a small amount into hands. Rub hands together until sanitizer dries.

Notes:

-You can use fresh aloe here, but make sure you blend it really well (and you may want to put the blended aloe through a filter/cloth).
-Make sure your rubbing alcohol (isopropyl) is at least 91% strength otherwise this recipe will not be strong enough to kill germs.
-Tea Tree and Eucalyptus Essential Oil works great in this recipe (because of their antibacterial properties).
