Have an itch? Treat it naturally with this homemade Calamine Lotion recipe. It works wonders!

Ingredients:

-1 tbsp Bentonite Clay
-1 tbsp Baking Soda
-1 tbsp Sea Salt
-Water (when ready to use)

Directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients into a small air-tight container.

How to Use:

When you want to use, spoon a small amount into a separate bowl and add a little bit of water to make a paste. Apply to irritated skin.

Notes:

-Adding water to this recipe dramatically shortens the shelf life of the lotion, so that’s why we recommend keeping your dry ingredients separate until ready to use.
-Add a few drops of tea tree essential oil for added soothing properties.
-If you want to make up a big batch and store for a few days, then add witch hazel until achieving a paste. Store in refrigerator for a few days.
