Commercial mouthwashes are loaded with artificial dyes, harsh detergents and unnatural flavoring. This recipe is so simple to make and will leave your breath minty fresh!

Ingredients:

-1 cup Aloe Vera Juice
-½ cup Water
-1 tbsp Baking Soda
-1 tbsp Witch Hazel
-20-25 drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Directions:

1. Using an old mouthwash container or juice bottle, combine ingredients and shake until combined.

How to Use:

Every morning and night, swish/gargle a small amount of mouthwash in your mouth and spit out.

Notes:

The baking soda may settle at the bottom, so give it a good shake before you use it.
