My favorite homemade body wash recipe! Try to use Dr. Bronner’s Almond Castile Soap because it leaves your skin so soft and silky.

Ingredients:

-2 tbsp dried lavender buds
-½ cup water
-¾ cup liquid castile soap (almond or unscented)
-2 tsp sweet almond oil
-½ tsp xanthan gum
-1 tsp vitamin E oil
-10 drops lavender essential oil

Directions:

1. In a small pot, make a tea infusion by boiling the lavender buds in water for 20-30 minutes (stirring every ~5 minutes).
2. With a collender/cheese cloth (with a  medium-sized bowl underneath, strain out the lavender buds.
3. Add the sweet almond oil and xanthan gum and whisk until combined.
4. Pour  in the liquid castile, vitamin E oil and essential oil. Mix until thoroughly combined.
5. Carefully pour into bottle. 

How to Use:

Squirt bath gel into hands or washcloth and clean body.
