The amazing scents of lemon and rosemary will give you ultimate relaxation in the tub.

Ingredients:

-2 cups Epsom Salt
-1/2 cup Baking Soda
-1 tbsp Olive Oil or Safflower Oil
-10 drops Lemon Essential Oil
-2 tbsp Dried Rosemary
-2 tbsp Lemon Zest

Directions:

1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Epsom salt and baking soda.

2. Add in the oil and essential oil. Mix well.

3. Mix in the rosemary and lemon zest and stir. Pour into an airtight container.

How to Use:

Pour in 3/4 cup of salts into bath with warm water. Sit back and relax for 15-30 minutes.

Notes:

-You can use fresh rosemary (finely chopped) but try to use bath salts ASAP.
-Let your salts sit for a couple days to allow the scents to infuse into the salts. But it's ok if you're impatient!
-Himalayan or Dead Sea Salts are wonderful replacements (or a combination of them).
