1. Using a coffee grinder/food processor/blender, grind the ginger root into fine pieces. Place into a medium-sized bowl.
2. Add table salt & sea salt.
3. Mix in the coconut oil (melted or solidified is fine). Stir very well.
4. In a separate bowl, juice 2 limes (discard any seeds), and slowly pour into scrub. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
5. Add in zest.
