You'll be amazed by the softness of your skin after using this homemade oatmeal scrub. This recipe is my all-time favorite scrub!

Ingredients:

-1 cup Sea Salt
-½ cup old-fashioned oats
-¼ cup baking soda
-¼ cup powdered milk
-½ cup almond oil
-1 tsp vitamin E
-Essential oil or extract (optional)

Directions:

1. Grind oats in a coffee grinder or food processor.

2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.

3. Add in the oil and vitamin E and stir well.

4. Pour into an air-tight container.

How to Use:

Massage into body while in the shower. As with all scrubs: be careful as the ground will become slippery.

Notes:

-If you don’t have liquid Vitamin E, pierce a 4-5 Vitamin E capsules and squeeze into scrub.
-Run the entire thing through the food processor if you want. Just make sure to clean it well afterwards!
